Responsibilities

* Manage daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff.

* Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery activities.

* Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.

* Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.

* Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

* Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training when required.

* Ensure all warehouse procedures comply with company policies and safety requirements.

* Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

* Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

* Good leadership, communication and organisational skills.

* Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.

* Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.

* Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems will be an advantage.
