Job Summary:-
We are looking for a responsible and sales-driven Retail & Sales Supervisor to manage our store operations and grow both walk-in and business customers.

This role requires someone who can lead a small team, ensure smooth daily operations, and actively follow up with regular customers (home bakers, cafés, resellers) to increase repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities: -

a) Shop Operations

• Oversee daily shop operations.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and well-stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Handle opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

b) Sales & Customer Growth

• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Serve walk-in customers professionally.
• Encourage repeat purchases and upsell suitable products.
• Follow up with regular B2B customers (cafés, home bakers, resellers).
• Identify potential bulk buyers and introduce wholesale options.

c) Team Supervision

• Supervise and guide retail staff.
• Prepare staff duty roster.
• Motivate team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
• Ensure good customer service standards.

d) Reporting

• Track daily sales performance.
• Monitor stock movement.
• Provide simple weekly sales updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years retail experience (supervisory experience preferred).
• Experience in bakery, F&B, or ingredient industry is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (POS, Excel).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Must be able to work on weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
