Job Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections on incoming, in-process and finished products
Conduct dimensional and functional checks using CMM (Zeiss Calypso) and other measuring equipment
Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
Identify and segregate non-conforming products according to quality procedures
Support calibration and preventive maintenance of inspection equipment
Assist in monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance schedules
Ensure products are properly identified and traceable throughout production
Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
