Job Responsibilities

• Analyse clients’ business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather, analyse, and document client challenges, pain points, and requirements in detail
• Develop and recommend operational improvements and process optimisation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agreed changes
• Prepare user guides, conduct training, and support client testing activities
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
• Update, organise, and maintain project documentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or relevant discipline
• Experience in business analytics or consulting will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies
