Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute retail, distributor, HORECA, and export growth strategies.
• Identify, acquire, and manage key retail, distributor, and food service accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and build strong customer relationships.
• Forecast sales, set targets, and drive profitable revenue growth.
• Lead trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer activations.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Fulfilment teams to ensure smooth operations and demand planning.
• Monitor market trends, analyze performance, and provide strategic recommendations.

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Drive brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement across key markets.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, events, and CRM channels.
• Lead content, communication, packaging, and brand positioning strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with creative and innovation teams on product launches and brand initiatives.
• Conduct consumer and market research to identify growth opportunities and support new product development.
