Job Summary

Perform bookkeeping and prepare accounting reports while ensuring compliance with GST reporting and statutory deadlines. Coordinate with clients and auditors to support smooth operations and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping and prepare accurate accounting reports to support client financial management
• Apply knowledge of GST reporting and filing to ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Assist in consolidation work and reporting to enhance financial data accuracy and completeness
• Monitor reporting schedules to maintain quality and meet deadlines consistently
• Communicate and liaise with clients to collect necessary information and documents for operational efficiency
• Ensure clients meet all relevant statutory deadlines to avoid compliance issues
• Coordinate and liaise with clients’ auditors to provide required support and documentation
• Execute other ad-hoc assignments as needed to support client and company operations
• Manage administrative and related tasks as requested to facilitate smooth workflow
