Kerja Sepenuh Masa Bakery Commis Chef (up to RM4.5k), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Lavender Confectionery & Bakery Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of sweet bun, pastries, danish and related bakery products.
• Ensure products are prepared according to recipes, SOPs and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules, product quality and output.
• Supervise and guide bakery production staff.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of ingredients.
• Monitor wastage and maintain production records.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Assist in staff training and improve production processes.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years and above related bakery working experiences & knowledge.
• Proven experience managing and training a team of 5 - 25 staffs.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Leadership, able to guide and train for new join staff
• Willing to travel between outlets as required.
