• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated following FIFO practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
• Monitor food quality and report any shortages or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
• Minimize food wastage and support cost-control initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Chef or management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
