Full Time QA TECHNICIAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in Genitronic (M) Kedah - Maukerja

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical support to the Production and Process Engineering teams to ensure smooth PCBA production, troubleshoot process issues, maintain equipment, and support continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily PCBA production and process engineering activities.
• Monitor and maintain SMT, DIP, assembly, and testing processes.
• Troubleshoot production and process problems and assist engineers in identifying root causes.
• Support setup, adjustment, and maintenance of SMT and production equipment.
• Perform machine and process parameter checks to ensure they are within specifications.
• Assist with machine changeover, setup, and line adjustment.
• Monitor production abnormalities and take immediate action to minimize downtime.
• Assist Process Engineers with process improvement and optimization projects.
• Conduct trial runs, sample builds, and process validation.
• Assist in analyzing defects such as:
• Soldering defects
• Component placement issues
• Missing/wrong components
• Solder bridges
• Tombstoning
• Insufficient/excessive solder
• PCB assembly defects
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for production problems.
• Maintain and update work instructions, process parameters, checklists, and technical records.
• Support preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Work closely with Production, QA, QC, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Monitor process performance and help reduce defect rate, rework, scrap, and machine downtime.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production operators when required.
• Participate in continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-reduction projects.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
