Responsibilities:

· Handle the daily operations of the accounting and finance functions within the company (AP, AR, GL, Bank reconciliation etc)

· Data entry of invoices and payment vouchers into the accounting software

· Prepare monthly reports for closing of accounts

· Prepare for audits / corporate tax / GST filing and other compliance matters

· Perform financial related administrative matters (proper document records keeping etc)


Requirements:

· GCE ‘O’ Level/ Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent

· Minimum 3 year of working experience

· Computers skills – Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words, Power Point etc.)

· Knowledge in MYOB & XERO accounting software will be advantageous

· Must be able to communicate in English

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Analytical, meticulous, resourceful, result-driven, independent, and responsible
