JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and assist CFO to handle full set of accounts forMOC and its sisters’ companies including, preparation of finance documents.
Preparation of accounts, including month-end andyear-end closing for all companies.
Assist CFO in preparing financial performance reportsfor management review.
Assist CFO in streaming accounting processes,including work flow/SOP.
Process accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliationtransactions for all companies.
Assist CFO in annual budgeting, business planning andforecasting.
To review and be responsible for the timely submission of group’smonthly/quarterly/annual management reports to head office
Liaise with various stakeholders on operationalaccounting issues, including attending queries from relevant stakeholders.
Process and ensure the accurate and timely processing of monthlypayroll and salary disbursements in compliance with company policies andstatutory requirements..
Oversee all corporate and employeetaxation matters, including corporate income tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST),employee tax reporting (IR8A), tax clearance (IR21), and other statutory taxfilings. Liaise with IRAS, tax agents, and auditors to ensure full compliancewith all tax regulations.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or arelated field.
ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualificationwill be an added advantage.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.Candidates with 2
years or moreof relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
Those with XBRL process and submission knowledge willhave an added advantage.
Knowledge of group accounting is an added advantage.
Meticulous, analytical, and good with numbers.
Good organisational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and otherMicrosoft Office applications.
Experience with accounting and ERP software (e.g. SAP,Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of handlingconfidential financial information with integrity.
