Must be able to commit at least 5 days (less than 35 hrs) per week, including 2 weekends (Sat & Sun).
Working hours will be shared with you based on the event location.
Must be willing to travel to more than one event location based on business needs. Locations will be within the same district area.
Must be able to commit a 3 months duration
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
- Actively promote assigned products to customers and delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals.
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Ability to learn and share the expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends.
- Ensure product display is neat and attractive, keeping the area clean and tidy.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Sales-driven and results oriented.
- Strong passion for customer service.
- Relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset.
