Duration: Yearly Renewable Contract (Convertible)
Working Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7.30am to 5.15pm)
Salary range: $2500 to $2800
Job Descriptions:
Raise daily Purchase Requisitions (PR) for services and transportation requirements for all ongoing jobs, and coordinate closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Verify Delivery Notes (DN) against actual services rendered and support the Goods Receipt (GR) process with the warehouse
Review and verify all delivery notes and supporting documents related to vehicle towing and recovery services
Assist in spare parts cancellation processes, including coordinating with warehouse personnel and following up on service orders
Update and maintain weekly manhours clocking records accurately for operational tracking and reporting purposes
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including maintaining and updating records, data entry, scanning, filing and document management
Ensure all documentation is properly organized, filed, and maintained in accordance with company procedures and audit requirement
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level qualification with relevant administrative experience
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative or clerical support roles
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for daily administrative tasks and reporting
Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
