Job Description for Executive, Project (Maternity Relief for 7-Months Contract)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all drawings and necessary submissions are carried out in relation to sales launch and implementation.
• Liaise with consultants on relevant issues in relation to planning, development and implementation.
• Coordinate in project planning, design of buildings and ensure design objectives are achieved.
• Liaise with Consultants and site team in relation to progress claim to ensure Contractor’s claims are in order for timely Consultant’s certification and recommendation of payment.
• Assist in preparing documents related to project development financial projection.
• Assist in organising documents for audit purposes.
• Assist in following up and documentations for Final Account of each contract.
• Liaise and coordinate with sales department and others.
• Assist in all inspections, etc necessary for implementation and handing over.
• Plan design of products and site layout as necessary for submission purposes and in accordance to client’s requirement.
• Assist and monitor all submissions are carried out in a timely manner and approved to suit sales launch.
• Undertake any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management and General Manager.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
