This is a newly created, senior-level role - reporting directly to regional leadership - with full commercial ownership of the Water Treatment growth strategy across Refining, Petrochemicals. The Role

Build the pipeline. Win the contracts. Drive the growth. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the Water Treatment business, targeting Refining, Petrochemicals, and Pulp & Paper customers across APAC
• Build and maintain a structured, executable sales pipeline with strong CRM governance and commercial discipline
• Develop tailored technical-commercial proposals and convert opportunities into profitable, recurring contracts
• Engage directly with customers in the field to identify applications, generate demand, and expand existing accounts
• Win new customers and grow revenue consistently across the APAC region
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, laboratory, and operations teams to optimise the regional portfolio and deliver effective customer solutions

What We're Looking For

A results-oriented, hands-on commercial leader:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline
• Solid experience in Industrial Water Treatment across Oil and Gas or Petrochemicals preferred
• Proven track record in new business development and revenue growth in a B2B industrial chemicals environment
• Strong technical and commercial acumen with the confidence to negotiate and close
• Fluent English; additional regional language skills are an advantage
• Based in Malaysia, with willingness to travel extensively across APAC
