Job Summary
You will provide admin & support for our training operations by managing inquiries, advising prospective students, handling registrations and payments, preparing training setups, managing inventory, and assisting with daily office administration.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries to provide accurate information about training programs
Support management with daily operational tasks and office administration activities
Contact prospective students to explain course offerings and encourage enrollment
Collect fees, generate invoices and receipts, and complete student registration processes accurately
Prepare classrooms and set up laptops before training sessions to ensure smooth class delivery
Manage inventory of books and pantry supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
Work full days Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) and half days on Saturdays with assigned shifts
Other Information
Work location: Fortune Centre training centre, Middle Road. (near Bencoolen, Rochor, Bugis, Bras Basah MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am–6pm; Saturday half-day shifts (morning or afternoon as per allocation)
