Bookkeeping and Accounting:
Maintain accurate financial records,including GL, AP, AR, and schedules, bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly,quarterly, and annual management reports (BS, P&L)
Tax Services:
Prepare & submit GST returns and othertax fillings, withholding tax filings, and assist with thepreparation of corporate tax computations and submissions.
Financial Statements and Audit:
Compile timely and accurate financialstatements in accordance with SFRS & support audit engagement.
Client Management:
Maintain strong client’s relationship andprovide accounting & tax advisory services to clients.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with SFRS and IRASrequirements
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
1 year of relevant accounting experience or outsourced accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
Strong understanding of SFRS and IRAS regulations, including GST, corporate income tax, and withholding tax.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
