1. Assist the IT team in daily operational and administrative tasks.

2. Provide basic first-level IT support to users under supervision, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Microsoft Office, email, and basic system-related issues.

3. Assist in setting up IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, meeting room devices, and other IT peripherals.

4. Support IT Asset Management activities, including updating asset inventory records, asset tagging, asset labelling, and physical asset verification.

5. Record IT asset movement, including issuance, return, transfer, replacement, and disposal of IT equipment.

6. Assist in organizing IT equipment, spare devices, accessories, and related storage areas.

7. Assist with system and application support activities, including user access checking, issue recording, and follow-up.

8. Support Tenant Portal-related activities when required, including basic user support, issue tracking, testing, and documentation.

9. Assist in preparing and updating IT documentation such as forms, checklists, logs, SOPs, user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting notes.

10. Maintain proper filing and documentation of IT records, asset records, system support logs, and related documents.

11. Assist in basic IT security and compliance activities, including antivirus checks, software update checks, and proper handling of IT equipment and information.

12. Escalate unresolved technical issues to the IT team or relevant vendor when necessary.

13. Provide updates on assigned tasks and progress to the supervisor.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,224.75 per month
