- Manage overall project management on new equipment buyoff, installation and associated activities

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth production transfer of equipment to mass production

- Collaborate with machine suppliers to drive for equipment efficiency and process improvement

- Work closely with PM team in establishment of effective PM system for continuous sustenance of machine and spare inventory

- Identify and close gaps between different working level or parties within the company

- Develop expertise to improve the assigned equipment platform, maintain and repair semiconductor process equipment
