This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Purchasing Executive located in Johore, Malaysia. The Junior Purchasing Executive will handle purchase orders, process purchase requisitions, and assist in overall purchase management. The individual will be responsible for supporting procurement operations, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to meet organizational needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management processes
• Proficiency in Procurement principles and practices
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for supplier and internal coordination
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in procurement or inventory management software is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage deadlines
• Relevant academic qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
