Kerja Sepenuh Masa Field Service Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,600 di Kapr Advisory PLT Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and service barcode equipments (printer & scanner) at customer site.
• Manage all on-site& In- house installation, repair, maintenance and preventive maintenance and test tasks.
• Manage all JB activities schedule.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations /briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Propose the Service Contract.
• Do & submit quotation to customers.
• Visiting the customer to gather information competitor (Label, ribbon scanner, handy terminal, software & printer) & old printer model.
• Installation printer driver and Software and support them.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong service orientation.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; both verbally and in writing.
• Possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
