We are a construction‑project‑based company committed to maintaining high standards of site safety, health and environment across our work sites.

We are now looking for a full‑time Lift Supervisor who is available for night‑shift overtime work. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 12:00 PM.

You will be responsible for night‑time site safety supervision, risk inspection, and SHE compliance monitoring to keep our construction site operating safely throughout night‑time working hours. If you are safety‑minded, responsible and able to work the stated night shift schedule, we welcome you to join our team.

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement safe lifting plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
2. Monitor and supervise all lifting activities, including the operation of cranes and other lifting equipment
3. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate safety risks
4. Provide training and guidance to crane operators and other site personnel to enhance their understanding of safe lifting practices
5. Maintain accurate records of all lifting operations, including equipment inspections and maintenance
6. Collaborate with project managers and other site supervisors to coordinate lifting activities and ensure the smooth progress of construction work
7. Identify and address any issues or concerns related to lifting operations, and implement corrective actions as necessary

Requirement:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry
2. Thorough understanding of lifting equipment, load calculations, and safe lifting practices
3. Excellent knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, including OSHA and DOSH requirements
4. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of crane operators and other site personnel
5. Proficient in the use of site management software and tools
6. Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions to ensure the safety and efficiency of lifting operations
