Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver professional nail services, including manicure/ pedicure, extensions, and gel nail services
Good cleanliness and hygiene practices
Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients
Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use
Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly
Ensuring that nail supplies are adequately stocked
Advising clients on nail care and use of products and colors
Promote and sell nail care products
Schedule client appointments and accept payments
Other duties as and when assigned
Providing an exceptional level of customer service
Handle phone and walk-in customers' enquiries
Build rapport with customers and ensure a long-term relationship with them
Be presentable and maintain good conduct
Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions
Assist in the maintenance of the storehousekeeping
Requirements:
Preferably with retail sales experience
Service and sales-oriented
Friendly and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
Proven sales track record
Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends, and PH
