Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of data products that support business and customer needs. The successful candidate will work closely with data, engineering, product, and business teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for data products and analytics solutions.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into product specifications.
• Prioritize features, improvements, and development initiatives.
• Work with data engineers, analysts, and developers to deliver data products.
• Define product goals, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance, data quality, and user feedback.
• Coordinate product testing, releases, and continuous improvements.
• Communicate product progress, risks, and priorities to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility and business decision-making.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in product management, data products, analytics, or technology-related roles.
• Good understanding of databases, data pipelines, analytics, and data governance concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience working with Agile or similar product-development methodologies is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
