Description of position

Build and maintain regulatory/ legislation database including product declaration, claims, ingredient listing, nutritional and labeling etc.

Lead personalized codes creation in SAP, Nutritional PI% statement, TDS and label approval

Work closely with Marketing/Sales and R&D in generating technical data sheets by providing product technical information e.g. ingredient listings, nutrition labels that comply with labeling regulations

Familiar with material compliance to food regulation for product development in APAC countries and other key international markets

Identify and interpret relevant regulatory guidelines. Evaluate applicable laws and regulations to determine impact on company activities

Responsible to understand regulatory policies and ensure compliance.

Monitor and provide update on new & changes in food & labeling regulations of sales markets

Advises commercial team, regarding the development and implementation of regulatory strategy, potential areas of regulatory concern and new governmental regulatory developments.

Responsibilities

Regulatory Affairs executive in responsibility to lead all the products regulatory related process involves materials, technical data sheets, products claims, labeling etc.

Professional Relationship

Oriented to connect several departments with his/her know how and communicate with the teams for the regulatory compliances.

Education requirement

Degree in Food Technology / Food Science is a plus

Educations qualifications

Work / year experience requirement

>2 years in food company as Regulatory Affairs and/or Quality Assurance personnel

Language Knowledge

Good knowledge of oral and written English

PC Knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Pay: RM1,897.93 - RM2,500.00 per month
