Scheduler & Recruitment Coordinator – Remote

Our client is a growing cleaning services start-up specialising in residential and commercial cleaning, including regular, deep and move-in/move-out cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cleaner schedules, bookings and last-minute changes using Launch27 & WhatsApp
• Coordinate with clients and cleaners on appointments, job requirements and special requests
• Handle enquiries, calls via JustCall, quotations and booking follow-ups
• Support recruitment and sourcing of cleaners, including screening, initial interviews and onboarding
• Maintain accurate booking and cleaner records and ensure sufficient manpower for scheduled jobs
• Assist with Canva/social media and other ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year scheduling/coordination experience in the cleaning industry
• Residential cleaning scheduling experience is a MUST
• Experience coordinating cleaners, bookings and customer enquiries
• Good spoken and written English
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Organised, responsive and able to manage urgent/last-minute changes
• Recruitment/sourcing experience is an advantage, but candidates without recruitment experience will be considered and trained
• Launch27, cleaning quotation, Canva or social media experience is an advantage

Working Arrangement

• Malaysian applicants only
• Fully remote
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Vancouver PST (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Malaysia Time)
• Monday night to Saturday morning / 5-day work week
• Break time as advised

Engagement & Remuneration

• RM3,000/month
• Full-time Independent Contractor / Contract for Service
• No EPF, SOCSO, EIS, statutory contributions or leave benefits
• 1–2 week trial period before appointment is confirmed

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
