Job Summary

You will manage client enquiries, develop interior design concepts, prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, and oversee projects from start to finish, collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to prospective clients’ enquiries to support business development
  • Prepare accurate quotations aligned with clients’ requirements to facilitate sales
  • Develop interior design concepts and space planning proposals that meet client needs and enhance functionality
  • Create detailed layout plans and design drawings using AutoCAD to communicate design intent clearly
  • Manage projects and coordinate site activities from inception to completion to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain smooth project workflows and resolve issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD to enhance design documentation efficiency
  • Relevant industry experience to contribute to project success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members effectively
  • Positive attitude and strong motivation to achieve success in a dynamic environment
