We value individuals who bring depth, accountability, and a strong commitment to quality

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 7-8 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Business Management, Business Operations, or Project Management roles.

• Experience within the Banking and Financial Services industry is preferred; exposure to Private Banking or Wealth Management would be advantageous

• Knowledge of Project Management in Private Banking is an advantage

• Experience in financial tracking, invoice management, accruals, budgeting, and vendor management is desirable.

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to develop\ executive-level presentations, dashboards, financial reports, and management information packs.

• Excellent analytical, creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

• Strong follow-through and execution skills, ensuring actions and deliverables are completed on time.

• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and ways of working.

• Excellent communication skills: formal and informal, one to one, one to many and across all organizational levels
