Join a collaborative regional legal team to oversee corporate secretarial governance and digital contract administration across regional business units.

• Oversee corporate secretarial workflows, maintaining entity records and arranging official document notarization across regional entities.
• Administer enterprise digital contract lifecycle management platforms to coordinate execution and tracking.
• Manage legal operational processes including vendor onboarding, invoice workflows, and departmental budget tracking.
• Support the maintenance of standard contract templates and assist with digital training initiatives.
• Review legal administrative systems to drive continuous process improvements across regional business units.

skills and experience required.

• Possess a recognized law diploma qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling corporate secretarial standards, statutory filings, and contract repository administration.
• Hands-on proficiency with contract lifecycle management software and enterprise office tools.
• Demonstrated background managing operational workflows, tracking budgets, and supporting compliance training tasks.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
