About the Role:

We are looking for a Project and NetSuite Manager – ERP Finance Systems to lead the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing support of NetSuite and finance ERP initiatives across the business.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver practical ERP solutions that improve financial processes, operational efficiency, and user adoption.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who combines strong project management discipline with NetSuite functional knowledge and the ability to partner effectively with both technical and business teams.

What You’ll Do:

Project Delivery

• Lead NetSuite ERP implementation and enhancement projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, budget, and delivery quality.
• Work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to align requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Develop project plans, track progress, manage dependencies, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage change requests, issue resolution, testing, training, user adoption, and project closure activities.
• Support continuous improvement of project governance, templates, and delivery practices.

NetSuite and ERP Support

• Provide NetSuite functional expertise and support to ensure solutions meet business, finance, and regulatory requirements.
• Document business requirements, workflows, system specifications, and process changes.
• Support NetSuite production and sandbox environments, including configuration, testing, upgrades, and releases.
• Lead or support reporting, dashboard, data migration, and systems integration initiatives.
• Improve ERP workflows, processes, and system usability to support business operations.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and other ERP-related responsibilities as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, including delivery of ERP implementation projects.
• Strong NetSuite ERP functional knowledge, especially finance modules; experience with inventory, order management, or CRM modules is advantageous.
• Experience in ERP data migration, systems integration, workflow design, process automation, and user testing.
• Good understanding of accounting processes and business operations; healthcare sector experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• NetSuite certification or experience with SuiteScript/customisation is preferred.
