J. A. Koh Perunding, a Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Ipoh, Perak, is looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our team.

1. CIVIL ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of civil & structural engineering
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering software
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Prepare civil engineering designs, calculations and drawings
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Attend site inspections and technical meetings
• Liaise with clients, contractors and relevant authorities
• Assist in project coordination and submission works

2. CIVIL / STRUCTURAL DRAFTER

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Drafting or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Prepare civil and structural drawings
• Prepare construction and authority submission drawings
• Revise drawings according to engineering requirements
• Assist engineers in preparing project documentation

3. BUILDING PLAN DESIGNER / DRAFTER

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of building plans and drawing standards
• Knowledge of local authority / OSC submission is an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Prepare building plans and submission drawings
• Assist in preparation of plans for local authority submission
• Revise drawings according to authority requirements
• Coordinate building drawings with civil, structural and other consultants
