We are looking for a
Shipping Coordinator
to join ourteam. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are keen to build a careerin the
shipping, logistics and freight forwarding industry
.
Fresh graduates and candidates without prior shipping experience are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.

Hands-on exposure to sea freight, shipping & logistics operations
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end sea freight operations for Import and Export shipments.
Coordinate shipment arrangements, including routing orders, cargo acceptance and warehouse transfers for co-load bookings.
Handle shipment-related enquiries from agents and customers, including door delivery, cargo acceptance and shipment-related matters.
Follow up on routing orders from nominated agents.
Handle billing for door delivery shipments and other nomination-related charges.
Attend to enquiries on cargo transshipment status and other transshipment-related matters.
Provide updated nomination tariffs to POD agents.
Provided updated transshipment tariffs to POL agents.
Liaise with agents and relevant parties to resolve shipment-related issues and disputes.
Familiarise yourself with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure effective application in daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior shipping/freight forwarding experience are welcome to apply.
1–2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Meticulous with an eye for detail.
Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with data entry and documentation.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
