We are looking for an F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant service operations and support the restaurant management team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant service operations
• Lead and coordinate service staff during shifts
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Assist with staff scheduling and deployment
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness and presentation
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Monitor stock levels and restaurant supplies
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety procedures
• Train and guide new service staff
• Support management in achieving restaurant operational and sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B or restaurant experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
