Location: Medini, Iskandar Puteri

• Coordinate and prepare all required documentation for warehouse cargo movements, ensuring compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation, including correspondence, shipment records, and expense tracking.
• Liaise closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure cargo is prepared and ready for scheduled deliveries.
• Update and maintain data accurately in SAP, WMS, and other relevant systems.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to monitor and track shipment status.
• Generate and maintain cycle count reports to support inventory accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with customers via email, providing timely updates and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor and update shipment and domestic delivery statuses to ensure on-time execution.
• Provide administrative support and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a clerical or administrative support role within the warehousing, logistics, or supply chain industry.
• Minimum SPM qualification; a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Good customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
