Job Description
Understand the subcontract scope of works
Management of projects: budgeting, planning, scheduling, and coordination
Lead a team of staff and workers to ensure the installation of electrical facilities is in accordance with the project plan and ensure safety compliance
Review shop drawings and Prepare RFI to address on-site engineering issues
Attend on-site meetings with clients, vendors and sub-contractors
Prepare and Submit Material requisition form timely in accordance with site schedule and approved model
Prepare progress payment claims and variation orders
Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
At least a diploma in Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years' relevant experience in the construction industry
Proficient in various Microsoft and Project Management software
Possess a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and accountability
