We are looking for a Health Advisor / Nutritionist / Dietitian who is passionate about health, enjoys working directly with clients, and is able to combine professional knowledge with strong communication and client engagement skills.

This is a client-facing role where you will provide health and nutrition guidance, support clients throughout their wellness journey, introduce suitable wellness programs and solutions, and work closely with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Wellness Advisory

• Conduct professional and personalized consultations to understand clients' health concerns, lifestyle habits, wellness goals, and nutritional needs.
• Provide appropriate guidance on nutrition, lifestyle management, supplementation, preventive healthcare, and general wellness.
• Explain health and wellness programs, services, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide continuous support throughout their wellness journey.
• Follow up with clients to monitor engagement, progress, and overall experience.
• Identify suitable wellness solutions based on each client's individual needs and goals.

2. Client Engagement & Wellness Program Support

• Introduce and explain relevant OXYZ health and wellness programs, services, and products to clients.
• Assist clients in understanding the benefits, processes, and suitability of recommended wellness solutions.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients where required.
• Support client conversion and retention through professional consultation and relationship building.
• Work towards individual and team performance objectives while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
• Contribute to improving the overall client experience and service journey.

3. Wellness Program Development

• Assist in developing, implementing, and improving health and wellness programs.
• Provide professional input on nutrition, lifestyle management, and wellness-related services.
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality, client satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
• Support the development of internal service guidelines, protocols, and educational materials.

4. Health Research & Professional Development

• Stay updated on developments in nutrition, preventive healthcare, wellness, and related fields.
• Review relevant scientific information, industry developments, and wellness trends.
• Apply appropriate professional knowledge to support client education and wellness recommendations.
• Participate in internal training, professional development, and knowledge-sharing activities.

5. Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Conduct internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions on health, nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle management.
• Provide product and service knowledge training to relevant team members.
• Support health talks, workshops, seminars, briefings, and educational activities.
• Assist colleagues in communicating health and wellness information accurately and professionally.

6. Multidisciplinary Collaboration

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, therapists, health advisors, and other team members to support an integrated client experience.
• Provide nutrition and wellness-related insights where appropriate.
• Participate in case discussions and client follow-up when required.
• Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and confidential consultation and client records.
• Document relevant recommendations, follow-ups, and client progress.
• Prepare reports and summaries for management review when required.
• Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with company policies and applicable professional standards.

8. Content & Marketing Support

• Contribute professional knowledge to health and wellness content for social media, websites, educational materials, videos, and other communication channels.
• Assist in developing health education materials and client-facing resources.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and educational initiatives where professional health or nutrition input is required.
• Represent the company's health and wellness philosophy accurately and professionally.

9. Events & Corporate Representation

• Represent OXYZ at health talks, seminars, exhibitions, wellness events, webinars, and community activities.
• Deliver presentations or educational sessions on nutrition, wellness, preventive healthcare, and healthy lifestyle management.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and educational content for public engagements.
• Maintain a professional image when representing the company.

10. Compliance & Professional Standards

• Maintain professional conduct, client confidentiality, and appropriate ethical standards at all times.
• Follow company policies, service procedures, and relevant professional requirements.
• Ensure client recommendations are made responsibly and are appropriate to the client's needs.
• Maintain accurate and professional communication with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or relevant professional qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Health Sciences, Wellness, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD), Nutritionist, or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in healthcare, nutrition, wellness, health consulting, customer service, or a related industry will be an advantage.
• Strong interest in preventive healthcare, nutrition, wellness, and healthy lifestyle management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Comfortable conducting face-to-face consultations and communicating with clients from different backgrounds.
• Ability to explain health and wellness information in a simple, clear, and professional manner.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
