  • Prepare user guides and training materials, conduct training for HR users, and track project risks, issues, dependencies and action items through to timely closure.

SuccessFactors Module Support and Advisory

  • Support SuccessFactors modules at a global level, ensuring alignment with global processes and system governance.
  • Review requirements and recommend feasible solutions based on SuccessFactors standards, HR best practices and existing system design.
  • Assess impact of changes on HR processes, data, integrations, reporting, permissions and user experience.
  • Create and support SuccessFactors reports for HR operations, data validation, project tracking and management reporting.
  • Own HRIS change requests from requirement clarification, impact assessment, UAT coordination, go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate with SuccessFactors AMS vendor on solution design, configuration, testing, issue resolution and deployment.
  • Manage day-to-day SuccessFactors BAU support, including user queries, issue investigation, data validation, reporting and coordination with SuccessFactors AMS vendor.
  • Manage SuccessFactors release activities by reviewing release updates, conducting impact assessment and testing, and recommending relevant enhancements for rollout in SuccessFactors.
