• Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects from initial planning through execution to implementation and seamless handover to business-as-usual support teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal technology teams, business units, external vendors, and partners to ensure effective communication and smooth project progress.
• Oversee procurement processes including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and management of Scope of Work (SOW) agreements for third-party service providers.
• Track project changes meticulously while managing risks and issues proactively; escalate challenges promptly and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reports, and deliverable sign-offs throughout each phase.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business users, technical teams, external vendors, and regional stakeholders to foster strong relationships built on trust and transparency.
• Provide regular updates on project status to senior management through clear reporting mechanisms that highlight progress against agreed milestones.
• Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure completed projects transition smoothly into operational support environments.
