Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in F&B, café, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Take customer orders and handle cashier/POS transactions.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet and workstations.
• Check and replenish ingredients, cups, packaging, and other supplies.
• Assist with stock receiving and basic inventory checking.
• Support outlet opening and closing activities.
• Promote current products and promotions to customers.
• Follow company SOP, food safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
