Services include quota approvals, recruitment, renewal, special pass processing, check-out memos, and advisory support related to foreign labor. Role Description This full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role is based in Petaling Jaya. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle for foreign labor, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and conducting interviews, communicating with clients and candidates, and ensuring documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time. The role involves collaborating with internal consultants and external stakeholders to support quota applications, renewals, and related processes. The Recruitment Specialist will also maintain candidate records and provide updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills for managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills for interacting with clients and candidates.
• Candidates should have good organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills to handle documentation and compliance.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or employment services, preferably involving foreign labor, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with recruitment or HR systems is beneficial.

Salary Range

• RM2,500 - RM3,000

Working Hours

• 9am - 6pm (MON-FRI)
• Monthly Meeting from Home (SAT)
