Location: Napier / Botanic Gardens MRT
Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Work Schedule: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off
Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: $2,000
- Night Shift Allowance
- Monthly Performance Incentives (MPI)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm and professional customer service to visitors
- Attend to visitors’ enquiries and provide assistance when needed
- Conduct roving patrols around the gardens and support visitor information services
- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ensure visitors’ safety and assist with crowd management duties
- Detect and report safety hazards, risks, or incidents to Supervisors promptly
- Carry out service recovery professionally when required
- Support other operational duties assigned by Supervisors
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous
Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment
Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred
Comfortable to handle different on ground situations
