Join our team as a Sourcing Specialist!

Are you passionate about connecting with people, discovering great talent, and building strong candidate pipelines? We are looking for a proactive and driven Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and market research. You will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to identify and connect with suitable candidates for our clients, while developing your understanding of the talent market and recruitment industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates for assigned vacancies through various channels.
• Utilize different sourcing techniques and tools to identify both active and passive candidates based on clients' requirements.
• Review candidate profiles and CVs to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
• Prepare and present suitable candidate profiles to clients based on job requirements.
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future recruitment requirements.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and understand talent availability within the technology market.
• Keep candidate information and recruitment activities updated in the company's recruitment system/database.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates to the Recruitment Consultants.
• Support Recruitment Consultants in achieving candidate submission, interview, and placement targets.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or any related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or similar people-oriented roles is an advantage.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the technology industry.
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify and gather relevant candidate information.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple sourcing requirements effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to explore different approaches to identify suitable candidates.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve personal and team targets.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
