Full Time Procurement Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in FEPA SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily purchasing activities, including PR, PO, quotation, and supplier follow-up.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor purchase orders and proactively follow up on delivery schedules.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance to ensure material availability.
• Handle urgent material requirements and resolve purchasing or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update procurement information in the ERP system.
• Support supplier evaluation, sourcing activities, and cost-saving initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good Excel and computer skills; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
