Kerja Sepenuh Masa Accounts Executive – Contract, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,200 di NZ New Image Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to support our Finance Department on a fixed-term contract basis for approximately 3 to 4 months.

The successful candidate should have hands-on accounting experience and be able to manage routine accounting and payment-related responsibilities with guidance from the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and upload supplier, refund and commission payments for bank processing.
• Verify payment details and follow up on rejected or unsuccessful payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain proper supporting documents.
• Prepare payment vouchers and ensure Finance documents are properly e-filed.
• Prepare and submit withholding tax, corporate tax instalments and imported service tax payments.
• Prepare and submit relevant transactions through the MyTax e-Invoice system.
• Process intercompany billings, invoices and other accounting entries.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
• Process approved stock adjustments and support stock reconciliation matters.
• Assist with monthly closing, stock count and other Finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, LCCI or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
• Familiar with bank reconciliation, payment processing and general accounting entries.
• Knowledge of Malaysian withholding tax, e-Invoice or tax-related submissions will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Careful, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Candidates who are immediately available or able to start at short notice are preferred.

Employment Details

• Contract duration: Approximately 3 to 4 months

• Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
• Reporting to: Finance Manager

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
