Customer Service Officer (Logistics/Export)
Salary: $2,200 – $2,400 / month
Contract
Location: Jurong Sunview
Transport Provided: Jurong
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Order Processing Team to prioritize export shipments accurately.
Coordinate bookings with forwarders and secure required sailing/flight schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving shipment issues promptly via email and phone.
Prepare all necessary exportation documentation and dispatch shipping advice to clients.What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience:
Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a strong preference for candidates who possess direct knowledge of export processes.
Skills & Attributes:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a distinct advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage stress and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
