Job Description:
Lead and supervise installation teams on-site.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections before, during, and after installation.
Review installation plans and drawings.
Verify correct placement, wiring, and configuration of outdoor cameras.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions on-site.
Assign tasks and monitor performance of technicians.
Provide training and guidance to team members.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installation.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction with completed installation.
Enforce workplace safety standards and use of PPE.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of site activities and incidents.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in CCTV or outdoor camera installation projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of wiring, networking, and camera system configuration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Primarily field-based with travel to multiple sites.
Requires physical activity including climbing ladders and handling equipment
