About the Roles

Join a Medical Aesthetics clinic as an Operations Manager based in the East, overseeing day-to-day clinic functions in a permanent role. This position follows a 5-day work week from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm, with Sundays and Public Holidays off, and offers a basic salary with incentives and staff treatment benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily clinic activities to support smooth operations and a positive patient experience.
• Coordinate staff rosters, treatment room readiness, equipment upkeep, and operational needs.
• Maintain high service standards and support efficient clinic workflows.
• Manage patient appointments, treatment schedules, follow-ups, and retention efforts.
• Address patient feedback and resolve operational matters in a professional manner.
• Ensure clinic practices comply with relevant regulations, safety requirements, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, audit records, SOPs, and operational reports.
• Review workflows and support improvements to digital systems and operational tools.
• Lead, coach, and guide clinic staff to promote teamwork and professionalism.
• Support promotional activities, sales campaigns, and new service launches.
• Track clinic performance and recommend improvements to strengthen operations.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor coordination, and equipment servicing.
• Assist with operational planning and initiatives that support business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in clinic operations, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of clinic operations, customer service, and patient management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, SOP implementation, and operational workflows.
• Experience using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, or digital operation tools is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to solve problems effectively and handle operational challenges with confidence.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to support business growth initiatives.
