About the role

Key responsibilities
Assist in the overall project management lifecycle from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
Support the development of project plans, timelines, in collaboration with the Operations Director.
Assist in the procurement of necessary resources, materials, and services required for project implementation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About you
Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Exhibition and Events industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work output.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
