Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Associate / Junior BusinessDevelopment professional to support our deal-sourcing efforts and marketresearch within the digital asset ecosystem across Southeast Asia and SouthKorea. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new opportunities,coordinate strategic partnerships, and support overall business growthinitiatives under the guidance of senior management. This is an excellentopportunity for a junior professional looking to build a long-term career inthe institutional digital asset and Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to execute digitalasset goals and timelines. Support the creation of tailored marketing andcommunication materials.
• Support the operational workflows for the issuance anddistribution of digital assets. Monitor security measures to safeguard tokentransactions and investor data.
• Engage with potential and existing investors by answeringroutine inquiries. Maintain accurate records and Customer RelationshipManagement data for ecosystem stakeholders.
• Coordinate post-digital asset processes. Track tokentrading on secondary markets and prepare regular investor relations reports.
• Assist in preparing presentation decks and investmentmaterials. Communicate information efficiently to agents and intermediaries atthe Seoul headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business,or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experiencein the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of blockchaintechnology, cryptocurrencies, and security tokens
• Experience in asset managementand/or private wealth management
• Exposure to planning andexecuting security token offerings or similar fundraising initiatives is anadvantage
• Proven ability to drivelong-term business initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders, particularlyin South Korea
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in afast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possession of relevant CMFAScertifications RES1A/RES1B, RES4, and CM-EIP/CM-SIP is an advantage
• This role is open to SingaporeCitizens and Permanent Residents only.
