Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow business by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships and turning enquiries into appointments.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with leads.
• Arrange appointments and maintain accurate client records.
• Build relationships with clients and business partners.
• Support property launches, viewings and sales events.
• Track progress and provide regular updates.

Requirements

• Strong communication, follow-up and organisational skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new clients and working independently.
• Sales or real estate experience is an advantage.
• Able to work on weekends, when client appointments and events are typically held.
